1.大家对highlevel design 并不了解，每个人都只顾着自己的一亩三分田，并导致接口部分很不清楚，不知道自己需要什么样的接口，以及需要提供什么样的接口。

2.计划中对dependence没有很好的安排，不同模块之间的依赖关系没有很明确的标识。

3.大家都不进行对fs和ds的review.导致有openissue可能没有被发现。

其实1和3都可以归结为没有进行对项目的highlevel的了解，原因：

1.时间紧。在时间不足的情况下，每个人都会把自己要完成的任务列为优先级最高的任务。

2.激励措施不足。

3.Exceptions & Solutions

1)./bin/rm: cannot remove `libtoolT’: No such file or directory

Occurrence: reinstall apr;

Solution:

打开 configure，把 $RM “$cfgfile” 那行删除掉，重新再运行 ./configure 就可以了.
